Technical Training and Applications Specialist

With your valuable expertise, you will play a key role in translating complex technical knowledge into practical applications and high-quality training programs, both for internal teams and for customers worldwide. This role is essential to positioning Intersoft Electronics.

Your tasks and responsibilities

In this role, you will build in-depth expertise across Intersoft Electronics’ entire product portfolio, with a strong focus on RF systems, radar performance, and measurement and analysis techniques. You will apply this knowledge daily as you support customers in understanding and correctly using our systems.

In addition, you will actively engage with customers to understand their operational needs and challenges. Based on these interactions, you will help identify technical and commercial opportunities and provide valuable input for improving products, services, and training materials.

You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials and digital assets such as presentations, manuals, videos, and documentation. Everything is designed in a modular format, ensuring it can be flexibly adapted for different target audiences, levels of depth, and training types.

You will work closely with Engineering, Services, Marketing, HR, and IT, ensuring that product knowledge, training materials, customer needs, and internal processes are optimally aligned. You will also support initiatives related to knowledge sharing, training effectiveness, and tooling within the IE Academy.
