Our mission is to enable our customers to effectively carry out their duties as air traffic controllers and airspace monitors. To that end, we support them and their partners with specialized measuring instruments, analysis tools, and components for radar and navigation systems. Our products and services are used worldwide!

Your Role:
As a Quality Operator, you are responsible for quality control of incoming materials, parts, and products. You ensure that all delivered goods meet the established quality standards before they are released for production or inventory. You work closely with the warehouse, purchasing, production, and the Quality Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
Conducting incoming inspections on incoming materials, electronic components, and mechanical parts.
Checking deliveries for quality, specifications, quantities, and any damage.
Recording and documenting inspection results in the designated systems.
Identifying and reporting deviations and nonconformities.
Following up on rejected materials in collaboration with Purchasing, suppliers, and the Quality Team Lead.
Assisting with quality checks during production as needed.
Actively contributing to the further improvement of quality processes and inspection methods.
Ensuring the correct and accurate maintenance of quality documentation.
Your Profile:
You preferably have a technical background or relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
You work with great precision and have an eye for detail.
You are quality-conscious and are not afraid to point out deviations.
You can interpret technical drawings, specifications, or datasheets (or are willing to learn how to do so).
Experience with quality control or inspection work is a plus.
Basic knowledge of electronics is an asset.
You work independently but also function well as part of a team.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
You are familiar with common software applications such as MS Office.
