Your role:
As a Quality Officer, you will support the Quality Manager in implementing quality procedures and monitoring quality standards within our organization. You will contribute to improving products, processes, and supplier follow-up, ensuring that we continue to meet the highest quality requirements of our customers and certifications.
Your tasks:
Responsible for the operational quality of our production department in Geel
Managing quality operators
Determining quality inspections such as: visual, incoming, etc.
Analyzing and reporting on operational qualities and defining proposals to improve them.
Handling: non-conformities, CAPAs, improvements, SCARs, supplier and customer complaints, etc.
What do we expect from you?
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably electronics or industrial sciences) or equivalent through experience
Some experience in a production or technical environment
Affinity with quality management systems and process optimization
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal audit principles is a plus
Experience with supplier follow-up, KPIs, and audits is an asset
You work accurately, are analytical, and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills and smooth collaboration with technical and commercial teams
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
